Refund and Return Policy

IN Focus First provides mental health services to facilitate and deliver healthcare services its patients.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the user (“You” OR “Your”) or in the case of a use of the Service by or on behalf of a minor, “you” and “yours” refer to and include (i) the parent or legal guardian who provides consent to the use of the service by such minor or uses the service on behalf of such minor, and (ii) the minor for whom consent is being provided or on whose behalf the service is being utilized, and IN Focus First, its subsidiaries, affiliates, associates, officers, directors, physicians, agents and subcontractors (collectively, “IN Focus First”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

PLEASE READ OUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES. BY PROCEEDING WITH IN FOCUS FIRST SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE BELOW REFUND AND RETURN POLICY.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY, FINANCIAL POLICY, CANCELLATIONS, LATE ARRIVALS, NO-SHOW, AND TERMINATION POLICIES, DO NOT PROCEED TO ACCESS MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FROM IN FOCUS FIRST AND DO NOT ACCESS THE PORTAL OR ESTABLISH A PORTAL CONNECTION. IN FOCUS FIRST’S ACCEPTANCE TO THE REFUND AND RETURN POLICY, FINANCIAL POLICY, CANCELLATIONS, LATE ARRIVALS, NO-SHOW, AND TERMINATION POLICIES IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ASSENT TO ALL POLICIES HERE WITHIN.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Psychiatric services include such things as consultation, medication management, and various types of psychotherapy. The recommended course of treatment is individualized for each patient. These treatments have benefits and risks. Discussing your emotions can cause uncomfortable feelings, but this can also lead to improvements in various aspects of your life. Medications that are recommended to you will have risks and benefits that will be discussed at the onset of their use.

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at IN Focus First. We hope you take some time to read through this policy carefully, as it is important. If there are any terms in this financial policy for professional services that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Sites or Apps and our services.

FINANCIAL POLICY

• IN Focus First requires pre-payment, in full, for all planned psychiatric services.

• In order to be eligible for Telehealth I must keep a valid credit card on file with IN Focus First.

• I authorize IN Focus First to charge my payment on file for a charge equal to 100% of the planned service fee.

• I may request a statement of all charges and payments at any time.

CANCELLATIONS, LATE ARRIVALS, NO-SHOW, TERMINATION

We schedule our appointments so each individual receives the correct amount of time to be seen by our providers.

• Cancellation of any scheduled follow-up appointment at least 48 hours prior to appointment. By doing so, no planned service fee shall be processed.

• Follow-up appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to appointment to receive a refund in full. Follow-up appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to appointment time are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the planned service fee.

• Initial Psychiatric Evaluation & Diagnosis appointment must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to appointment to receive a refund in full. Initial Psychiatric Evaluation & Diagnosis appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will be billed at 100% of the planned service fee. Please contact support@infocusfirst.com to inquire about additional options.

• Arrivals later than 11 minutes past appointment start time are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the planned service fee.

• No-show appointments are billed at 100% of the planned service fee.

• The patient/clinic relationship may be terminated if there are 3 or more no-shows in 365 days.
